Air Engineer
Description: Environmental and Engineering firm seeks an air engineer to join our firm. The engineer must have a broad background of regulatory, operations experience, and possess the following additional experience and skills:
- Air regulations, permitting, and air modeling experience;
- Engineering experience;
- Agency experience;
- Ability to provide guidance and direction for maintaining continuous compliance with applicable air regulations to operating facilities;
- Ability to prepare environmental air permit applications for operating facilities;
- At least 3 years of experience in a chemical, refining, or petrochemical production facility;
- Ability to effectively interface with clients, vendors, consultants, engineers, contractors, and government Agencies;
- Speak, read, and write English effectively; and
- Competent with MS Office Products.
Preferable:
- US Citizen;
- Registered Professional Engineer;
- BSCHE, MSCHE;
- 7 to 10+ years of relevant experience;
- Effective negotiation experience;
- Multi-media compliance experience.
